Air Arms FTP900 Help/Advice needed

New here, but hopefully I can be of some help...

1. AA didn't build a 10m/6 ft lb version, but a previous owner may have done it.
2. If your hammer spring is OK, not gummed up with lube and your regulator is trustworthy then it must be your flow restriction screw under that anti tamper plug.
3. They are pretty soft and can be filled out, but this is a very delicate job.
4. To get the barrel out are you cocked and have the pellet probe fully retracted?

The transfer port adjuster is nowhere near the actual barrel, so it wont be that stopping it coming out.
The left side blanking screw isnt a ball bearing hammered into a bolt, its a shear bolt. These are stainless bolts with a weak point built in, when tightened, the head shears off, leaving a non removable blank. It’ll need a small hole drilling in the centre, then a torx bit knocking in to remove it, CAREFULLY though, so the block doesnt get damaged.

So had another play with the FTP, Tried removing barrel, removed the 4 grubscrews, it will twist maybe 1/4 turn and pull out 2-3mm but it don't want to pull out and i don't want to force it. Could the transfer port grubscrew be wound in further enough to be preventing the barrel removal?
On another note tried it at the range yesterday and now its at approx 8ftlbs its shooting a lot better, if i can get this adjusted for another 2ftlbs i think its going to be perfect.View attachment 1022622View attachment 1022623
A mate shoots one at our club and he has reduced it to shoot sub 6 at 20m with flat heads. It's supremely accurate. I know nothing about them personally but that's his experience.

if he's reduced it by the lh port reducer and then re fitted a factory anti tamper , he's a star .
