Agf br targets from Print Pond 👍

All card is not equal.
I am lucky that my printer can use pretty hefty card and was printing various styles and different card weights.
non was as good as the targets for clean holes as the clubs targets.
There must be a certain blend or type not just weight for target stock.

My thanks to @32:1 for mentioning Printpond (y) I'd not heard of them and squirted of an order for 200 A4 sheets of the AGF targets on Friday. I had been printing them off as required but PP was far cheaper, especially if requested in just black and white. They arrived today superbly well packed and excellent quality on 250gcard. For 16 quid inc postage its far cheaper than using my own ink/card - and it saves me using the club's cards for practice.
Excellent stuff. Steve

We have found that PP's 250 GSM card makes cleaner holes than the 350 GSM card they use, so have standardised on the "lighter" card

Hello all,
I can't find any BR20 targets on the Print Pond website, I have tried searching using 'AGF', 'BR', 'target', etc. Is there a specific code I need ?
Do they also provide the 6 yard targets that I need to enter the AGF pistol competition ?
Thank you.

Hello joe average,
Thank you for the attached files.
Sorry to ask what may seem like really dumb questions, but (I am really that dumb !) -
Do I ask for the BR20 targets to be on A4, and will the 5 circle be 39mm (as I believe it should be for the AGF competition) ?
How do I specify 17x17cm targets, and get the 7 circle to be 31mm (again, as I believe it should be for the AGF pistol competition)
And, do I ask for 1 copy & 50 pages, or 50 copies & 1 page ?
Thanks again.

Ask for how many copies you need, br20 targets on A4, and they will be correct, not sure if or how you can specify 17cm targets , I get all mine from print pond on A4

Hello Topic63,
Thank you for this.
Unfortunately, at the moment I am printer-less, and I have read that by the time I buy a new printer and the card, it will be cheaper to buy some from Print Pond.
Thanks again.

Hello again,
I've just placed the order for both, thanks for your patience and help.

No problem whatsoever, every time I have ordered from printpond, I ordered about lunchtime and they was delivered next day, fantastic service 👍

Having no access to a printer is an issue.
I print them off on A4 paper and ‘drawing pin’ them onto old cardboard boxes or cereal boxes 👍

Can you check the diameter of the 5 circle on the BR 20 targets, is it 39mm please?
Another shout out for PrintPond. I placed my order on Sunday afternoon, received an email at 07:45 on Monday that they were printed, delivered on Wednesday by our always cheerful lady postie.

Size looks good, that's pretty close to 39mm for a print job. 250gsm card, when it stops raining I will get some shot and posted.

They dont print them at 17cm x 17cm - I did ask several printers for quotes and they were triple what PrintPond want for A4.
So instead I created a file in Powerpoint from scratch for a 16cm x16cm square - results in a 17cm x 17cm finished target.
Then got circle dimensions for each ring of a BR20 target and drea a series of circles at those diameters and then copied it 25 times.
The targets have fewer outer rings to fit - you only get 7-10 rings if you want 25 targets.
Then made it a bit pretty and printed it to an A4 pdf file.
I then uploaded this to PrintPond just as you do with the BR20 pdf.
I used a guillotine I have to trim them to 17cm square -5mm wider than the 16cm square. The left and right side edge is 5mm in from the paper edge so only need 2 cuts per sheet. Bit of a faff but just sat watching TV one night doing it.
For my next order I have added a number of HFT style targets to the spare space so I will use the bottom off cuts. They wont be 17cm heigh but thats fine as practice target
The 17cm target makes life easier at the range than trying to fit an A4 to a 17cm target holder or cart an A4 holder along with me.

Hello all,
Must agree on the delivery from Print Pond - received my targets today, after ordering on Saturday evening.
Word of caution though, I ordered some 6 yard targets with them and the black 7 ring is 37mm, so no use for the 6yrd friendly comp (still, cheap enough to practice with).

Thanks for the heads up, I would have never thoughtabout doing this, because I've change jobs now I don't have access to a photocopier but this definitely seems like a viable option from now on, and the papers better quality and so is the image. I went for 200 copies on 250grm paper.

that looks like a very useful set of targets for my unsupported 10m practice (Im determined to improve - I wonder if 200 copies will be enough 😳). Do you have a copy of the pdf/jpeg you sent to printpond that you can share, please?
Steve
