I use JSB Heavies through my HFT500. I size by head and then by weight in increments of 0.1gn. In a recent batch of 4.52's, out of 6 tins I only had 126 at 4.51, 18 at 4.52 - everything else was 4.50 or smaller.JSB heavies however, in my experince, are superbly made in terms of conformation. Currently don't have a gauge to measure below 4.51 but have a 4.50 on order. I find that shooting a single head size/weight combo at a time is much more important than trying to isolate the single combo that works best. . I might have to adjust my POI slightly but once set a differnt combo will be just as accurate as the next. So one day I will shoot 4.52 at 13.40-13.50gn and the next 4.50 at 13.30 - 13.40gn.
Worth throwning concentricity in to the ring. I find that weeding out asymmetric pellets has much more significant effect on fliers than weight or head size.
