Been a hectic week. Meeting new farmers and new land. Farmer wants venison to add to his pork from the pig farm. So we went out and bagged him two roe buck. When it got dark, had a call for a fox. This came into field about 400yards. It Slinked up the edge of the tree line. And got it with a 70grain nosler ballistic tip. From 50yards!

Whereabouts are you? Bucks are still full velvet here, be ages yet before we will see clean antlers like that.

Saw a young buck in nature reserve. Full velvet. Am in bonny Scotland
