As with all things in life - if there is no problem all is good, when there is a problem that is when you separate the wheat from the chaff.
I was with them for many years in a previous property and all was good. Then I came to move house, informed them of my moving date
eight weeks in advance. They couldn't supply phone and broadband at our new property so it had to be a termination (which they charged me for).
Four weeks later they cut off my phone and broadband. See what they did there?
Contacted them to ask why they cut me off four weeks too soon.
"Oh, sorry about that, it wasn't us, it was our sub-contractor."
"Can you re-connect me? I need phone and broadband as we are arranging our house move."
"Yes, I can arrange to have you re-connected, but it will take four weeks."
"I'll have moved by then."
Roll on a few years and PlusNet can now supply in our area.
I go back to them, sign a contract and all is fine for a year or two.
Then, some toerags steal all the underground copper cables from this area. We (this and neighbouring villages) are without phone and broadband for about six weeks. Some comms suppliers are helpful and support their customers. PlusNet were terrible. The issue even escalated to the desk of our MP (who is fantastic but shall remain nameless, Alicia Kearns

)
I know, I know. I should have learned from my first mistake and experience of PlusNet
Would I recommend them?
Would I?
