What airgun I should buy?

As BigHit said correctly, I can shoot duck, pheasants with airgun provided land owner allows me and it is in the season
And I know the stalking guide who would let me do it as I already discussed this with him (by the way, he is in the UK and carries Glock 17, all legal - he took police to court and won his right) - I stalk only roe deer in his patch, so there is not much to do during the broad daylight and he told me I could go after any quarry in the season on his land provided I use the right calibre. I asked him specifically about airgun and he told me he would let me use it provided I obtain it legally. Moreover, he told me he can arrange me shooting events specifically for rabbits as he doesn’t have many of them on his patch
Sounds like I know UK laws better than many here on the forum :)

Apparantly not,he goe's to all his perms in a Leopard 2A7A1 Tank, sets out all his Landmines, then sits tight and waits for the Apache helecopters to arrive to do all the bunny's in.

Bighit is correct again - my guide is making his living by organising hunting events, pest control etc. And this allows him owning a pistol
There is another misunderstanding about pistols in the UK - I thought he was not allowed to carry lots of ammunition, not allowed to have sights and the owner had to document every single use of cartridge. However, the guide told me that these were local police's rules while the law says the restrictions must be reasonable. He somehow managed to persuade they were not reasonable
Anyway, any recommendations for the airgun?

Serious answer; Read the general license and buy an HW98.
Thanks a lot - very impressive reviews, has safety, good price, for me at least... What scope would you recommend to put on the gun?
I tend to follow "There are many like it, but this one is mine" creed, maybe there are more recommendations on the gun/scope ? I won't want to change the gun once I buy it
Thanks again

It may be a wind up but some people don't know the relevant laws themselves it seems.

Weihrauch or BSA or FX

Toss a coin for .177 or .22 because the distance you'll need to be at makes little in terms of killing quarry.

Be warned about shooting on land that is not yours, always seek permission and get insured and a general licence.

Brocock Ranger would be my first choice.
Airmaks do some nice rifles.
Reximex ixia would be my budget choice.
Thanks a lot - all these recommendations just look spot on.
Brocock Ranger is light and compact. Price is also great. Like it is British.
Airmaks also looks great and light.
Will be going through the reviews - I knew it would be a hard choice, but assume they shoot more or less the same accuracy, all reliable, the question is only convenience and the preference on the shape of the gun? Or there are some other features I should consider?
