Ok, it might be a bit late to seek others experiences on the above thermal scope as I’ve already pulled the pin and ordered it
Ive given up smoking (again
) and thought that id treat myself to something that will keep me focused on staying quit by spending that money that I save on something nice
I’ve used thermal spotters for a while now and want to go full thermal to include the rifle scope too.
Do any of you fine gents or ladies use this particular scope for ratting? I plumped with the sq35 due to its 640 sensor so in theory clarity should be more than adequate at general rat ranges. It has a nice low base mag of x2.5 and from the research the image holds up to nicely to a mag of around x5.
Yes, I’m posting this hopefully for someone to tell me I’ve made a great decision and it’s the best thing ever!
Would like to hear real world experiences.
If it doesn’t do what I’m hoping it will do on the rats, I have a fall back plan of mounting it on either one of my rimfires or centrefire for bigger pests.
Anyway, fire away guys and gals-the good and the bad thoughts
Cheers.
