Low bipod

By the time I fit my 6-9” bipod to the weaver adapter, then the rail under my bottle, I need a ladder to reach the gun!

There must be a better solution, what is it?

I have a Spartan Valhalla on my redwolf. I’ve had no issues with mine though it is on the pricy side for a bipod. It might get the rifle lower for you. Or maybe look at a Harris or clone of that mounts directly on to a picatinni rail as it would get rid of the need for an adapter.

I had one from Amazon and the casting in the centre that everything was screwed into was made of the softest alloy, totally unfit for its purpose as I stripped the thread with the lightest of torque. I bought 2 more, eventually they failed as well…

They look like Harris or Atlas and that’s about as far as it goes.

The Dolphin 'Ranger ' bipods are very sturdy & mine has served me very well.
Loads of settings.. lightweight but strong.
