I'm trying to find a replacement fill probe for a Vulcan 3 , best fittings list a probe that allegedly fits Vulcan , Uragan and Vixen but the eBay listing from erasmuspipebagger which is a one piece foster fitting probe is only listed as fitting Uragan 2 and Vixen , can anyone please confirm whether or not they all use the same probe or is the Vulcan different ?

Seen that , I want the one piece direct to foster connector probe , not the one that needs another add-on to make it work , I've got that type

And for urself and anybody else, a uragan 1 fill probe is longer than a u 3 fill probe,the 1st o ring on bottom of probe, comes out of the otherside of the u 3 fill port,and fks the o ring,on fill probe,a bit of useless info but may help someone thinking both probes are the same

Tried that to no avail , I've discovered today that a HW100 probe also fits a Vulcan 3 , he lists it under the Weihrauch category with Vulcan mentioned in the description hence I couldn't find it searching for AGT probes

I ordered an extended HW100 probe to keep the knurled female foster connector away from the woodwork , it's just back from 8 weeks with @Nath92 so I don't want to damage it !

It's the walnut stock with a dark stain and lacquer finish , I just didn't like the factory colour !

This arrived today , fits the V3 apart from being 6mm longer from the side hole to the shoulder so a couple of O rings needed to position it correctly , no nasty hex bits or dowty washers threatening to damage the stock so a good result

All sorted now , 3x BS010 O rings added and now it's spot on , no risk of damaging the stock with the original BF / dowty washer / AGT probe abortion !

Got no shaft drawings to hand but if you really want one I'll sort it in the morning , meanwhile here's lathe porn , shaft porn , a jerry can bar I'm quite proud of and a photo of my apprentice with the emergency pants I made him when he started , fabric from the spill kit , plus some old gits in Normandy for the 80th D day anniversary
