Anyone tried these cheap day bottles, as one of these will suit me better for a day at the range rather than lugging my 7l tank around and I can fill it with my wulf compressor. The one for uk shops seem to be around £175

You know most of the bottles we buy are from China/Asia anyway, right? Tuxing are a known brand, they are the OEM for the little 12v compressors many of us use, they also rebrand a lot of stuff. My advice is simple, buy at least a 1ltr, it’s still exempt from testing, costs only slightly more and gives more fills.

If you buy more than 1ltr, you will need a UK spec valve, as the Chinese stuff lacks the BS/EN certification required to pass a test.

I bought one along with a valve/gauge/whip set up from Aliexpress probably about 5 years ago. I still have it (though don't use it very often), I think I paid about £50 all in.

I bought one but the packaging was ripped and the bottle missing, tried for a refund but was refused as I couldn’t provide proof I didn’t have it. Then ordered one of the yellow 1lt 200bar bottles which is working well, my Vevor compressor isn’t too happy going much beyond 200bar anyway

I have just been looking at the same and for the same reason, just for when I need an extra few shots at the range and the ability to fill it at home. What else is needed along with the tank.

I would guess a whip and probably a one way valve for filling bottle

It’s £30 ish for a valve kit on Ali, but again, if buying over 1ltr, you need a UK spec valve for testing purposes.

I’d just go for a 500cc then I can use my wulf compressor as they not designed for more than 0.5l it’s just for a extra full at the range sometime I don’t even need that

I use an aliex 500ml bottle and valve and have done so for years now. Currently under £60 delivered.

Wulf is Optics Warehouse’s re-branded stuff, in this case the OEM is Tuxing, and the limit has always been ‘1ltr’ until they started selling re-branded 1.1ltr carbon bottles and now it’s a claimed as 1.1ltr.

Thanks just ordered 0.5l and whip £54 plus £20 on best fitting for a double end one way foster fit valve

I ordered this one thinking it will relieve some pressure on my compressor when filling
