I've been trawling the internet for a couple of days now trying to find the best price on a gun I'm interested in which is just under 2k at most retailers then I came across solware who have the same gun in stock apparently over £300 cheaper can this be true I will be phoning them tomorrow anyone had dealings with solware good or bad.
 
Bought a couple of guns before, their prices fluctuate, cheaper on some stuff, dearer on others, chap named Carl owns it, sometimes he’s up for a deal 😉.
They’re normally cheaper than most for pellets, been a while since I’ve been 👍
 
I bought a rifle from them several months ago and was a good price and a quick and easy transaction.

Only slight negative was with their delivery service - I never got any notification of dispatch or likely delivery date. The delivery was quick but as I wasn't in the driver just handed the (unwrapped) rifle box to a neighbor!

Luckily a nice neighbor so no problem in my case!
 
Solware RFD a gun to my local gun shop.. Was missing the gun case. Spoke to Solware on the phone. Solware couriered the case to me next day.
 
I have bought a couple of things from them in the past and they have been fine. It's close-ish but I've never actually been in, I bought from the website.

Funnily enough, I tried to look at something earlier on their new, redesigned website and did what I did on the previous visit to their new, redesigned website. I simply closed the tab after I dealt with the cookie-be-gone pop up, it bombarded me repeatedly with other pop ups relating to newsletters and signup and God-knows what else.

Dismissing the pop ups once didn't deal with them, so I used the close tab option and exited the site. It's a pet hate of mine that sites do that at all when you are trying to browse but when it happens repeatedly they've lost any chance of a sale. If you don't let me look, how am I ever going to buy?

I will probably drive up from Southampton to collect in person especially if I can save over £300
 
I bought my HW98 from them when it was difficult to find any guns cos of Brexit and Covid, very good price too.

I am regular customer of Solware, never missed a bit, helpful staff, I can recommend them.

Solware provided the rifle I won as a prize on the Midland Air Rifle competition, there was a bit of confusion over the delivery but most of that was probably because I wasn’t dealing directly with them. As far as after sales service goes, they’ve been very helpful
 
Call in now again only for pellets and stuff, never bought a gun from them but can’t imagine there would be too many problems. I would phone beforehand to check stock though.
