As above what do you do with 500mls of ballistol, keep it clean please, although I'm sure that won't last long.

I just ordered 500mls of the stuff of amazon for just over 15 quid. I then realised the last time I bought some was 5/6 years ago and only the tiny 50ml bottle. It was a tenner for 50 mls so makes sense to buy the bigger bottle but will probably last longer than me.

Any suggestions on usage.

Cheers Andy

I purchased 500ml also some time ago, and just decant it into a 100ml spray bottle when i need to.
Balistol is brilliant on leather, and a great water repellent on shoes & boots.

From the Ballistol homepage:-

The perfect oil, no matter where you are.
Ballistol can be used in motor compartments, as well as on joints, links, wire pulls and around battery terminals. It also protects electrical contacts, beautifies faded gel coats and lubricates zippers, push buttons and winches. Ballistol is great for fishing rods, reels and tackle. In addition, it lubricates autos, motorcycles, bicycles, rollerblades, skateboards, and ski and sports equipment. Ballistol protects all camping gear.

There is different types of ballistol and may not all be the same for other uses that you may see online as they may give a broad suggestion .

Check with the mrs you may be able to use it as a sexual lubricant might last you 2_3 weeks🤣🤣

I have an aerosol in my gun box and a small bottle in my loop kit that comes with me to the range. Won’t leave home without it.👍🤓👌🏻

I've used about 1.5L in the last year, but on powder burners that have residue. Air rifles just don't need anything close to that. My TX200 gets an external rub down on a cloth with a light coat, so almost nothing.

If you are wondering what to do with Ballistol, go to the website and find out all the weird and wonderful things it does..
