You know you're getting old when...............

I've been wearing glasses for some years now, both for distance and reading, so two different pairs. I've always managed to shoot without my glasses on, I try to buy scopes with clearer glass so as to assist with what I can see and up to know I've had no problem shooting without my glasses. Haven't been to the range for a few months as I sold my car to save bit of money and so haven't been able to get there. But today I managed to get a couple of hours shooting in at my favourite range. Age must be starting to grip me as today I found that wearing my glasses while shooting gave me much better sight picture. In fact. when I took them off and looked through the scope, what I could see was nowhere near as clear as it was some months ago. So looks like shooting has become something else that I need my glasses for...............
I use contact lenses for shooting now, works a treat

The first time I ever felt I was getting on a bit was when a new lad started at my work, and the t-shirt I was wearing was older than he was.
😂
It's when you're talking away with them and reference a TV show, film, or song that EVERYBODY knows, but they look dumbfounded and you realise it was from 5 years before they were born...

I must admit that I nearly clopped him one when he said (after I’d mentioned that I’d bought my Prodigy shirt before he was a spark in his Daddy’s eye) that he bet I could remember when Kurt Cobain was still alive!

You know you’re old when you hear people refer to something made in 2002 as vintage.

When you sleep funny and can’t look to the left for a week.

When you have over 300 channels on the tv but rewatch only fools and horses everyday “because there’s nothing on”

When you’re driving and have to turn down the music to help see better
