Hi guy's who's going the British shooting show this month has anyone been before I will be looking to top up my accessories and gadgets for co2s and pcp gear how expensive is the beer refreshments ect and more Importantly the gun gear thank you in advance.

My mate it on about going so I may join him, we'll see.

I'm going this year. Went a couple of years ago and it was OK, but that was just after the world toilet roll shortage when everything was still a bit mixed up, so hoping its better this year.

Aye, I'm going with a couple of mates for a day out. Looking forward to it. I've been before and although not many deals at that time there was plenty to look at.

Yup. Bringing a friend who's new to shooting. Wouldn't normally bother but it's been a few years for me and will be good for him to experience it

I’m going down on the Friday for my first time. I’m hoping to have a good look through plenty of scopes and decide which one I will be buying. Despite lots of recommendations for certain scopes I have in mind, there are also people that don’t get on with them so it will be great to audition a selection myself.

I'm there on saturday. Be my fourth time if memory serves. Any event that is ticketed and controlled admission is going to be expensive when it comes to food, drinks etc. As for stocking up with consumables youll be fine, but actual guns - you need to know your prices. There tends to be a lot of FAC stuff but it is the shooting show after all. Just enjoy it mate.👍👍

Going on the Saturday with a mate, paid for 2 tickets, printed them off & my wife saw them(she shoots) & says " are we going to the shooting show then?" awkward silence.. followed by, guess you'll be going with your mate then...
Luckily my missus would pay me NOT to make her go :D

Heading up Friday with a load of frequent shooters and a newbie that just likes a day out in the car. Went last year and came back, having handled the Uragan 2 compact, and promptly ordered. God help me if I dip into my savings meant for the garden materials this year 😬

I went last year and thoroughly enjoyed it despite being a bit crowded.
Beware, refreshments are not cheap. Take your own.
Be prepared for a lot of walking.

There were opportunities to try various rifles but the queues were quite long.
Nevertheless, if you are interested in trying a gun before buying one, this is a great place to do it. . After all, you can't try them out in a shop.

You can also look through lots of scopes.

If you are serious about trying/buying new goodies, it's nice to have everything under one roof.
