Im sort of considering treating myself to a Steyr pistol at some point this year. Dunno why as Im not that good and I doubt itll be any better than my FWB C10, but you know how these itches need scratching.
A new 10 Evo is a bit steep at £2200 or thereabouts but 2nd hand jobs are few and far between or at the other end of the country.
Is it that once folk have one it tends to be a keeper - or upgrading to something better just aint possible?
Perhaps I need to be content with using the club's LP10 that Ive just bought a new fill adaptor for - it's an early one and the original filler wasnt compatible with a modern bottle . That gives you an idea as to when it was last used. Havi g said that it's stiil dishing out a consistent 5.3ftlb and the trigger is a delight.

My LP10 came along just after Lockdown. There’s little out there that’s better, one or 2 yes but not many and the realisation any upgrade, if financially possible, won’t make me a better shooter makes this one a keeper. Be patient, keep looking and you’ll be rewarded eventually.

I was just considering selling mine as I also have a Morini 162ei and enjoy shooting that more.

Perhaps I need to list it and let folk decide if it’s worth the investment.
