Mark Walters endured 7 blank night sessions then POW everything exploded,a brace of Bream totalling 30lbs caught using a boilie over a bed of 3 and 4 mml pellets, the biggest fish is 15lbs 14ozs and the smaller 14lbs 14 ozs my opinion is the smaller fish is a beautiful creature,

Has to be a dedicated angler that fishes when it is dark and cold for big snotters.

Bream. The dullest fish to catch.
Never understood the excitement around these things. They give a good initial fight for around 5 seconds then roll over and you are basically dragging in a dead weight.
Then your landing net is covered in snot!
Pointless.

Hmmmmmmm, agree about the mess in the landing net, but the big Yorkshire River Ouse Bream around the York area I’ve been lucky enough to get into certainly give a darn good account of themselves, from the initial indication to the landing net

Got to agree with @Rick. My pop caught an 11lb fish some years ago, most boring fight ever.
