We at Crawley Surplus Store would like to extend a huge thank you to the owner and moderation team of this fantastic forum for the opportunity to become involved and share what we have to offer , I’d like to open up this section with a brief outline of who we are , where we are and what we retail ,

Crawley Surplus Store started in 1961 as a family business and to this day that hasn’t changed except that over the last 20years we have evolved and expanded to meet the demands of our ever growing customer base , whilst we have moved on from true “army surplus” we still sell a big line of safety boots , work clothing and of course the latest styles of camouflage clothing and equipment. Where we have really grown is our extensive range of Air rifles , pistols and accessories , with over 500 Airguns in stock at any one time and at time of writing 150 different models of just air rifle on display for you to view where we try to suit all tastes and budgets , this does not include the extensive range of Co2 replica rifles and pistols in our cabinets. We strive to have the latest models available in stock for immediate collection , home Personal face to face delivery within 100miles of the store within 7-10 days (check website) or Shipping to your RFD From £4.99 ! (Please be aware Your RFD may Apply additional charges upon collection) .
I’d like to finish this brief introduction with our “Mission Statement” which we try to achieve with each and every customer ,
We want to get it right! Simple as that, we want to make sure you finish your transaction with us having got the best possible item for your purposes, in the shop or on the website.
We want to make sure if something goes wrong (and they do anywhere) that it is dealt with as swiftly and efficiently as possible to your satisfaction.
We want to dispatch your orders within 24 hours of receiving it, and we want to have your orders delivered within 72 hours!*
We will not take your money if we don't have it in stock, that's why we don't take pre-orders, we've seen enough delivery dates missed on it's way to us, we don't want to pass that on to our customers!
We want to answer all emails within an hour, answer every phone call where at all possible and respond to phone messages as soon as possible.
We want every customer who deals with us to end up with a smile on their face.
