Well I just got my refund from paypal, £36 for 4 tins of H&N slugs ordered on fleabay.
Order placed on the 20th and estimated delivery by the 4th.
Put in my dispute and had too wait till today for Houdini to reply.
Had a email this morning from paypal asking if contact had been made, clicked the link and
said " no reply and I want a full refund". Refunded within minutes.
Either way, instant or having too wait for a reply, refunds are happening
 
anyone who is still waiting I would advise ringing PP they seem to action it over the phone much quicker than online ie person over computer
 
The company Voymir was dissolved years ago. He certainly wasn't making a fortune out of it.

He stopped being a LTD company as the requirements make little sense in his case. That - as has been said repeatedly - was 2016 and irrelevant to what he is doing in 2022/23. It was also what likely caused the eBay feedback from some genius who said he had gone bankrupt (he isn’t on the register).
 
Thanks for the info - may have been better to change the name of the company when he ceased to be a LTD one.
Hopefully all is well with him and we do eventually find out what went wrong. Could be something as simple as he was let down by a huge supply that failed to arrive. He may be in same boat as us but on a vastly greater scale.

To be fair it's took people nearly 7 years to link the dissolving of a ltd company to the recent non delivery or pellets from the same, now sole trader.

I really hope these people don't work anywhere that can affect me - it really is scary!!

Not been delivered .phoned them up.and will escalate case on the 21st if I havent received a refund

Ignore the above it was for REFUND! just had e.mail confirmation along with case number
 
To be fair 'lifestyle' small businesses are very vulnerable to even small bumps in the road.

But it's probably PayPal/eBay giving the small refunds
immediately and larger amounts going through PayPal/eBay 'gauranteed refund' insurance.

Then sellers bank account is accessed to refund PayPal/eBay.
