Very low Reading.

Hi. Hope someone can help. Got the latest version 2.5.
Air gun is a Kral puncher K.
Pellet drop test fine between 3-4fps. When threaded onto barrel readings vary wildly between 60 fps to 150. With FPE. staying at zero.
Everything appears to be inline and a good tight fit.
Checked gun on range Chrono and getting around 560 fps.
I did wonder if barrel shroud was causing misalignment so removed shroud and natechrony attached directly to barrel. No difference.
Any suggestions would be great. Cheers.

Sounds like a dirty sensor - what version of the software are you running? (bottom of the shoot page)
Are you getting any "alignment errors" at the top of the shoot screen?

Cleaning process here:

Vacuum first, then soft new/clean toothbrush on the sides & vacuum.

Hi. Alignment error only when dropping test pellet through which I believe is expected. I have cleaned with vacuum and soft brush as recommended on the sight.
Not sure which software version. Will check and let you know.
This is a brand new unit purchased in UK this week.
