TX200HC, ProSport or PCP

If the question is 'I can only own one rifle, and it can be either a springer or a PCP...'. Both 😊

If you're asking which from each camp...

Springer... The Prosport is a beauty. The TX200, from personal experience is great but I would swap it everytime for a HW97/K.

PCP... Depends on your requirements and taste? Current models? Older models? Plinking, Benchrest/Target, Hunting, HFT/FT? I would go ith any of the following:

Daystate - Mk4is, Pulsar, Red Wolf, Alpha/Delta Wolf, Wolverine R.
Air Arms - HFT500, FTP900.
Weihrauch - HW100 KTLA.

I have a Tony Leach tuned TX200 SR, a Tony Leach tuned Pro Sport and a totally stand Ultimate Sporter S510.
If I was told to pick one I would keep the TX200.
It’s totally personal though.

God loves a springer shooter...he, his self, has a MK 3 Webley, series 1. Nuff said.👍🙂👍

Only when he sees you Chris... He knows how much you hate PCPs, and doesn't want to upset you. He actually has a huge collection of PCPs, all models, every permutation, calibre and colour you can imagine. Why its PCP Heaven up there :ROFLMAO:

So went to the gun shop today and shouldered a Pro Sport, TX200HC and a HW97k. The HW97k felt really chunky and sounded terrible when shooting. Definitely worth the extra buying AA. The Pro Sport was beautiful but again really chunky grip! The TX200 was like it was made for my shoulder and shoots brilliant! Guess that’s all settled now.

Just bought a TX200 after many years of hunting with PCPs and loving learning how to shoot a springer again like i did in my younger years ...from a boy to becoming a man hunting with mi old springers

A TL 21mm TX200HC in 0.177” is the answer

Glad you are well on the way…

I have a TX and a PCP (AW) and I’m very happy with both, I’ve seen but never shouldered a Pro Sport so can’t really pass comment on that 👍🤓
