This little beauty arrived yesterday from Heinnie Haynes. It is the Spyderco UpTern It has an 8Cr18MoV stainless steel blade and stainless steel scales, it is also a mid-back lock too (which rules out EDC without good reason). It is a little smaller than the UKPK as you can see but has a little more heft to it. Opening is nice and smooth on this example with a nice solid click on lock-up, the lock is easy to depress to release the blade and it folds away just as smoothly. It is available with either plain or serrated blade and is made in China.
