All contentious threads including politics, religion, crime, immigration, laws, elections etc are banned & will be removed. There is still a Gun Related Politics section for relevant topics.

It's quite simple, you get banned for breaking the rules. If you want to know what a person has been banned for then look at the banned list (see link above). Note not all bans are permanent.

Many of them got a clean slate as they were permanently banned from the old AGF and they got permanently banned again. They did not learn from the first time .
Just had a look , some of the mod responses are quite funny.
Still never seen so many banned members on a forum before.

Not all forums make it as obvious. On some forums their banned notification is not as noticeable as on here nor do they have a list .
On here if you ask to have your account closed you are classed as banned thought it does say at your own request.
That's because the mods really care about the sport and this forum. They have made it a great place to be and have been made to pull their hair out trying to keep it that way.

Bear in mind there are tens of thousands of accounts on this forum, and a couple hundred on the ban list.
It's not actually as bad as it looks. Some people just can't follow simple rules, or help themselves from being pricks.

The list is over two years old , December 2022 it starts from, as someone said a lot is where the members have asked to be , and to how many members there is , going to be a few each day, not something l think about to someone starts another thread

The fact that so many are banned (actually a small proportion) - who vary from trolls and salesmen to nearly innocents who don't read the rules- is a major reason why this forum is interesting and very safe.
