That’s interesting because there’s a large swell of opinion on this forum (not shared by me) that the law would interpret that as an illegal air pistol, being able to be fired whilst being shorter than 60cm.
I would strongly advise the cylinder be completely empty before attempting to remove it.Do you have to de gas the air tube to physically remove it.or is this just h&s advice and can remain pressurized but could present risk in not careful.
Thank you
There is that option of course, just be aware that if you accidentally hit the valve pin you could be in for one hell of a blast of air through the transfer port.No. Unless you want to access the reg... If you only want to change the transfer port, you remove a couple of bolts and the entire HP side of the rifle is removed.![]()
A quarter of the people who voted in this poll. (my vote goes to option 1 by the way).Where is that large swell?
Sent mine back. Utter Junk. As per others the scope you get isnt the one in the listing. By the by, the ocular lens wiggles about when unscrewed to focus for anyone needing to use it. Plastic turret caps, sounds like it sucking in air / pushing out air when the AO is used. I probably got junker but worth a try as its free returns with amazon.on a different note, some of you have purchased a cheap Amazon 4 - 16 scope for these guns what are the scopes actually like to use, are they any good,??
It's got dozens of names depending on which market.Just seen this advertised as an Artemis
AP900! Is this the same as the Snowpeak, please forgive my ignorance.

4 options and 25% vote for 1 option, hardly a large swell…. If that had been the majority then you may have had a point.A quarter of the people who voted in this poll. (my vote goes to option 1 by the way).
I know this topic has been hammered on the forum, but since the definition is somewhat ambiguous, I'd be interested to see numbers as to where most people stand. The options below cover the three most popular schools of thought, you can vote for more than one if you think it's applicable. There's also an option for individual theories as well.

I think people must still be voting, it says 100 now.Think the numbers are out. It says 97 people voted, but if you count the number of people who voted, the total is over 100. From that, 25% of people did not vote for that option
Yeah, I noted that as well. I'm thinking maybe it's not a standard nitrile o ring. Something more exotic perhaps? One in the spares bag also.Back on topic: Am I seeing things, or is there a tiny red-ish coloured 'O' ring inside the breech end of the barrel.![]()
It's the probe seal - common feature on the Snowpeak barrels, 2x o-rings, one either side of the transfer port to seal there and one in a recess just inside the breech to seal the probe - usually brown in colour -Back on topic: Am I seeing things, or is there a tiny red-ish coloured 'O' ring inside the breech end of the barrel.![]()
I'm sure I saw a post earlier on showing a picture of the trigger adjustment screw functions so can it please be put up again or if anyone knows which post it was let me know to save me and probably others having to go through the whole post again?
