Snowpeak ap900 looks nice for the money

AP900HFT Ready for its first comp on Sunday (weather permitting)

Cheek height is perfect so need to mess with that.
Butt hook fitted lower to eliminate that hunched feeling.
Tactical style hamster, keeping with the overall theme.
Match grip from my pistol design but palm shelf removed. Not sure if ivory or black suits it better.
Bob

The butt hook looks factory finish. 👍 Is it one of your own creations Bob?

Especially for a gun that's known for its poor shot count fresh out the box.
Sorry for late reply been away the last couple of days...
I was surprised on the shot count I've seen. Yes it's a quarterbore (10 shot mags), it had 200b in it at pick up and after the initial play in the garden setting the scope up it was barely discernible if the gauge had moved - I was wondering if it was knackered or misreading. When I played at the range it dropped to what read as 150b. I refilled to 200b with the valve opening at 150b on the dive tank. Both gauges matched. There's no hammer bounce, it's quiet so I'm thinking/hoping I've lucked out on it's setup. Trigger really needs a play with mind. I'm taking it down the range on Sunday and will make some more accurate notes
- will start with 200b and count the mags out

guys quick question, how do I fair on legal side if I sell the hammer adjustment kits for the snowpeak? I could do the model but I don’t wanna go down a slippery slope and sell them if it’s illegal in anyway, as you know, I started the business for my son and don’t wanna jeopardise it in anyway by breaking any laws, what’s your thoughts on this, obviously the model is to enable you to get further fine tunable adjustments to keep things under 12ftlbs

What’s your thoughts?

A fair few gun manufacturers fit power adjusters to their guns so I don’t see an issue myself. It’s up to the individual to make sure the gun is legal.

I’ve had a fair few snowpeaks and all have had adjustable HST’s, some easily accessible and some requiring the stock to be removed. On this basis I would presume them to be legally sound, with the caveat being it is the owners responsibility to remain within legal limits.
