As a complete novice starting target shooting in my back garden this past week, I was plinking target print outs with my HW 95K to try to zero my scope.
After about 30 odd shots i was getting some close groups but then my shots started grouping consistantly off target about an inch below my aim point.
I was puzzled for a while as to why it was happening then realised my Moderator had worked slightly loose and affected my shots!
Just putting it out there if anyone else has this problem 🤭

Yep, happens more often than we care to admit, and is often the last piece of the puzzle that we check.

I recently noted that the accuracy of my FTP900 started to fall off. Crap, I thought, the reg's probably playing up, hopefully it just needs a pull through. I decided to give the barrel a clean, and that's when I noticed that the Rowan air stripper had worked itself loose and inched forward Homer face palm:)

Welcome! This works for me:
Unscrew the moderator and wrap a few winds of plumbers PTFE tape around the threaded barrel end, then screw the moderator back on. Should stop it from unscrewing itself. You might need a couple of attempts to get the right amount of tape on the threads.
Good luck (y)
