Wanting to make a small shooting screen and am looking to make it about 30" high and use camo netting, What I am ideally looking for is a smaller version of the taller push in hide poles but cannot seem to find them. If anyone can point me in the right direction as to what to use that would be very much appreciated, thanks for any help or suggestions :).

Have a look at an Equine/ Tack / Farm supply for fiberglass/ poly " Step In" fencing posts - they're ~ 4' tall ... Used to put up temporary electric ribbon paddock fencing. Perhaps they'll work for your application ? Here , they're around $3/ea. cost.

These should do you perfectly
Just pop the top cap off, nip to size with a hacksaw and pop the cap back on
Used a taller 1.8m one to make quad sticks

Hi waisted skirt. I used a few hazel sticks with forked ends for years, I've got proper hide poles now but would happily use a couple of sticks again if necessary..might help till you find something better. Plastic electric fence poles are a good call.
Cheers
Chris.

You can also buy plastic ivy trellis from the likes of b&m etc. I always thought it would be handy to thickin up a gap in a headge or hide.
