Sad day today….

Peace of mind, good thinking.
Do what they tell you and you’ll be back training for the London marathon before you know it 👍
The very best of luck to you

Well done for making that decision and I wish you a speedy recovery. Sure you will be picking them up again soon.

Thanks guys. Guns are safe, that’s the important thing.

I’ve been waiting three years for the surgery, it’s a bit more specialist than normal hip surgery, it’s called Birmingham Hip Resurfacing, a few draw backs but it should be a once and done then back to it.

I’ve been through major surgery on both legs 16 ish years ago with two years of recovery and physio, I have no issues with putting in a lot of work

I cannot wait 👊🏻

A wise decision. (y)

Hope all goes well with the operation & you get well enough to get behind them rifles again very soon mate.
