Well heard so much about these bought the one from my freind at weekend less than 2 months old bought from airgun centre in June just discovered if bloody leaks never had a lesky pcp before so these ate nit as good as everyone says after all

The HW100 is well known to be the only PCP in history to spring a leak. Did your mate know about the leak, you got it dirt cheap if I remember right?

All PCP's can suffer leaks, regardless of Brand or Model. No one gun is immune, not even the HW100.

HW100 are as good as everyone says.
They also do get the occasional leak which is is easy to put right.
I noticed your in Norfolk, which area are you in because may be able to point you in the right direction if your in my neck of the woods

Don't the airgun centre do life time warranties?
Have your mate send it back, get it sorted then enjoy.
You two options
1 take back to the airgun center
2 Blackmax lives in Norfolk, ask him to look at it for you .
Leaks are a easy fix .
Orings can go at anytime.

Or a 3rd option - sell it on here for same price as he paid for it from his mate, I'm sure someone would snap it up at that price even with the leak

What a silly thing to post, every PCP will leak at some point, it’s inevitable. If the leak is that obvious then you have a rubbish friend, not least because he didn’t bother to use the included lifetime warranty.

Fixing a leaky HW100 is so easy even I can do it lol!
Had 1 leak in 10 years so I’m happy with that.
If the gun is rubbish I’ll offer £100 for it ?

Never had a leaky pcp until I bought an hw100 ps is blackmax on here

Bailey mate, to say that HW100's are not as good as everyone makes out because yours has a leak is like buying a car and saying it's rubbish because you got a puncture. It's just one of those little things that you have to deal with sometimes. Ask your mate to get the Airgun centre to repair it on Warranty and tell him you'll chuck him a few beers for his trouble while you got the kit for 700 quid.
Just heard so much about these never had one I get one 2 months old and it has a slow leak only about 10 bar per day but annoying normally have air arms or bsa pcp never had a problem before

Mine leaked, but so easy to put right a d hasn't missed a beat since. You can't just right it off because of one leak and maybe that's why it was cheaper
Not worried about getting cheap surely you must see my point ,bit dissapointed I bought the supposed best or near best pcp and it leaked ,not my freinds fault he never used it he would not know if it leaked or not anyway. Got another chap interested in it with the leak so may let him have at at same price as can't be bothered with it unless can get hold of blackmax and he is local .

I've had a few of these with leaks, my current ones does not, but I know they are more prone t leaks than some other brands I have, but equally, they have the best mag systems - swings and roundabouts, but certainly not bulletproof.
