since this morning i havnt been able to access the pyronix alarm via hik connect … the app was updated a week ago but has been fine since today …anyone having the same issues

Got a similar alarm. After a while the app stops talking to the alarm system. I just reboot (switch off/ on) the recorder and reset the links to the wifi router. After a few minutes it starts talking again.
