It's a wonderful feeling getting home from work, take a shower, eat the evening meal and then enter the bedroom for some rimfire shooting.

that looks like a humumgously long barrel you've got there fella😮

It's got a 23" barrel (58 cm), it's 13 cm longer then the legal minimum length.

The suppressor adds another 22 cm.

The length is however useful when I use the back-up iron sights.

The 452's were all of that barrel length in that era of manufacturer, i had one of the same, it was my first ever powder burner rifle purchase after the pistol ban, and i took many hundreds of rabbits with it.
I seem to remember them offering a 452 "Farmer" model, that may have had a shorter unthreaded barrel, but the trigger mech was different and reputedly very poor.
