I broke into a cold sweat the other day as I realised I was down to me last 25 tins of JSB Heavy 10.34gr  💩Shrug tt

Olga is a supplier of JSB and H&N pellets based in Germany, I think she drives to the respective factories and buys one or tins that she then puts up for sale on her website. The prices are much better than here in good old Blighty, but you need to buy a few tins to make it worthwhile.

You need to load your basket (the maximum payload is 20KG, if you want more you have to place multiple orders), go to the checkout and select SEPA payment for the best deal, place the order and then wait for the invoice. The price in the basket includes German rate VAT (19%) I think. Olga will send you an invoice, make the SEPA payment and Olga wraps very well and posts. Olga responds very quickly to email enquiries.

Parcel arrives at UK Customs so they can gouge your eyes out. HMRC adds the VAT at UK rate based on the HMRC rate set for the month. HMRC then add some more money to the bill, presumably because they had to stop playing uckers and look at your parcel.

Customs give the parcel to Arsehole Farce and they tell you thay are delivery it tomorrow.....................doesn't arrive, you check the tracking and it says "on hold for customs charges", you sit patiently waiting for the letter to arrive telling how much and how to pay..................it doesn't arrive..........you ring Arsehole Farce and after finally getting through to a real person they look it up and "there has been a problem with sending notification of payment required I can take you money if you like". I made the there and then through the payment system, the young lady was very helpful.

Here's a bill from Olga (the important bits anyway), the bank details for payment are on the top of the invoice.

Here's my total cost to have JSB Heavy 10.34gr pellets delivered to me door at a cost of £11.70 per tin.

One of the downsides of us leaving the former customs union. 😖

I used to buy from Olga before we left because she was always the cheapest apart from Voymir at one point. When Voymir was cheaper I would buy from him.
Why do you keep saying "she"? I've tapped into the live feed of their office Christmas Party that's going on right now, it started at noon . 🤣

Not worth the grief
The only grief is ArseholeFarce (AF) cocking up. That could/does/is likely to happen when buying from anywhere.
Place order, invoice arrives a couple of hours later, pay via bank transfer, arrives in UK customs 3 to 4 days later, another day and AF enter the picture.

In the past it's been no hassle at all. £75 odd saved, not worth it? Shrug tt Shrug tt
