Wonder if anyone can help ID these .177 pellets please?
Long story short:
Winter project Kral rifle all back together a few weeks ago....grabbed some pellets I'd had in box for ages that came with a used rifle purchased a few years back just to lead the barrel and bingo. Nice clean single hole at 30yards time after time. Consistant fps, No flyers, no jams, no nothing! (So far so good)!!
But..... I only have about 500 of these mystery pellets left. And I have no idea what they are or if they are still available!
Have tested with JSB variants and DS Soverigns and all the usual stuff but nothing shoots quite as well as "Mystery pellet"
So If anyone can ID them that would be a great help and I can start hunting around looking to purchase a few thousand.
Photo attached. Mystery pellets on left and for comparison a JSB Heavy on the right. JSB Heavy is about the closest shape I can find.
All I know about the pellet is it's slighty shorter than the JSB heavy and weighs-In at 9.6gr as opposed to the JSB at 10.34gr.
Thanks in advance for any help._CDS0230.JPG

One of the PAX / Logun efforts that's now marketed by H&N (assuming they're still flogging them).

Sniper Mediums only weigh in a little over 8gr and from looking, the Sniper Magnum were 15gr. Thought I read somewhere H&N bought Prometheus or Dynamic or maybe both so maybe one of those??

They look like defiants to me if they're lead and not some sort if tin. They used to shoot really well out of my bsa hornet but they were affected by wind. I've still got about three thousand of them somewhere.....only use jsb heavies and express these days. Hope this helps.
Cheers
Chris.

They do look like the Pax (Hugh Earl) Terminators from the early 2000's - they were packaged in cardboard boxes. To be honest, especially considering the company's efforts with the Titan Black/Prometheus range they were pretty good and a fair few of us used them in the early UKHFTA years (before JSB took the market)
