Options greyed out

Just tried to post a giph and realised all the the options to do anything within a post has been greyed out.

Still not working on my phone but ok on PC

Click on the 3 dots and another box will drop down then click on the bracket icon.

Woop! That fixed it.
It was my own silly fault as usual.
