Re your Ghost, I'm hoping to test and review one at some point... I love innovative features like the full-length dovetail rail, to freely adjust the cheek piece position and raiser rail / scope position. 🤓

But when a Ghost user has their cheek piece raised because their scope is somewhat high, I naturally think I'd try ditching the raiser rail and trying a dov-Pic' adapter instead. 🤔
Just a thought. Cheers. Russ

I just really don't think you'll have that problem mate, I'm putting my cheekbone straight to the cheekpiece and I'm bang on the scope parrelax with medium mounts without a cheek riser.

Ah we're not quite on the same page...
In that third snap, that Ghost is wearing a Zulus day/night scope on a DNT Picatinny mount, the scope plus Ghost raiser rail looks quite high, and the cheek piece is definitely raised.
Cheers. Russ

Good idea mate that’s how they are don’t think you can adjust the height of the cheek piece it’s one gun that just fits me perfectly andMy eyeline is perfect I normally have to have the butt pads quite low
can’t go much lower unless you only load the magazine from the right it’s a loverly gun had it over two years and it’s never missed a beat I well recommend them cheers lee

Ah thanks for the extra info, I mistakenly assumed the cheek piece was raised, as I can see what looks like a gap between it and the action block below.
Good to hear it's a great rifle though. 👏

Ahh, yeah my zulus is absolutely fine straight on to the eye piece here. This rifle just fits really well for me, I think that it's a really impressive and very well designed bit of kit for the money.

There's an intermediate rail that can be removed to lower the cheek piece as some people do find it too high as standard. Unfortunately, this doesn't work when the cheek piece is swapped round to be lefty-friendly as it would obstruct the magazine slot. I've now got a Form cheek piece which is about the same height as the OEM but not adjustable. I'm beginning to think I might be more comfortable with slightly higher mounts so will have to research alternatives to my current Tier One highs.

Mag slot is both sides isn't it?

They are fantasticly made rifles... just the shot count.. but this is something that a friend/member on here is slowly making headway with!.
I love the look of the Taipans and I thought the shot count was pretty good. Have I got that wrong?
