I actually considered buying it myself! Then I remembered, it’s just a toy gun*. I’d shoot it in the kitchen half a dozen times and feel all nostalgic for 10 minutes and then throw it in a drawer, so I thought better of it.

*okay it’s not a toy now, especially in Scotland where you’d need a license for it but when I was a kid, it was a toy

The current model Export's, stainless or blued, are more desirable than the '75 Limited Edition' imo and about £120 cheaper !

HW35E STL.
.177 cal.

Almost pristine condition in the nicer older style stock with pistol grip cap and spacer and finger grooves.

I've seen more exciting walnut on me Grans sideboard but you can't win em all.

I'll pop it over the number cruncher tomorrow to see where it's at.

Not at all jumpy or twangy with a little nudge and thud on shot as you'd expect, so I might investigate the innards and see what's going on.

Little 2-7x32 scope on top as I think these can be overscoped.

If I miss the target I can just prod it with the muzzle.

My one complaint as always with the 35E, why the feck do they feel the need to pop sling swivels on them.

So now my OCD either puts a sling on it, totally pointless for plinking or repair the hole it will leave if I remove the rear sling attachment.
