This made my day when I heard this today.
I made a trip into inner London today to get some food (pie mash).
Anyway outside the pie shopping there were some balloons tide to a lamp post.
3 kids under 10 were looking at the balloons while holding their catapults. One of the two mothers said to one of them."Don't be a menace or I will take them off you".
I tried not to laugh at this.
I keep hearing how the area is being gentrified & this was my first time of coming across it.
I wanted to say that balloons were better than milk bottles that we would have fired at.
Past them 5 minutes later going into the local park.
At least catapults are in fashion with the gentry of today

I know a lad called Ian Jones here in Sheffield who is mind blowing with a catty, he is a master shot, he has plenty of videos on Youtube.

Sorry fella, just had a look and almost every one of his videos has been taken down, theres a few video interviews with him but the ones with him actually using a catty have gone, Most of the videos I saw of him were posted on his facebook page but I am not on that any more but he is pretty cool with them, videos of him hitting shotgun primers almost every shot from 30 yards and stuff.
