I’ve just had it clarified by HQ.

That section has also gone due to general lack of use. (keeping it available used forum resources).

If members wish to upload pictures, best to put them in a thread.

If it wasn't being used, how can removing it make more resources available?

I'm guessing some of my technical posts will be missing charts which were linked to media content. I was keeping examples in my media to include in answers/advice to questions raised by other members. Uploading the same chart for multiple posts (as is going to be necessary to answer same old, same old questions) is going to use more resources. And I don't keep the originals on all my devices...
End result is, F*** it! Too much trouble!

Is there a way I can download all my media pics on the forum? I would have saved other copies if I knew the whole media part area was being dumped….
