This is only my second ever smart watch but I love it, my mum bought it for me a couple of years ago and its got some really high quality manufacturing details, it was 700 quid mind so you would expect it to be well built. It seems to be impervious to scratches too.

That is the modern interpretation of the Hamilton Pulsar worn by Roger Moore in Live and Let Die

A quality watch

The originals are collectable but you have to mess about with magnets to set them

I did consider getting an original, and even placed a bid on an Omega Time Computer which is the same action in a different case. In the end this is the same in every single detail, except it was half the price, has a two year warranty and doesn’t have 50+ year old electronics in it.🙂

Yes
Will give mine a wear soon

I have 2 watches. One I can wear, the other I can’t as the bracket is too tight and the place on Hatton garden can’t enlarge the bracelet.

My every day watch is a Christopher Ward C6 Kingfisher. It’s big and bulky in feel, but bloody indestructible. I’ve had it since around 2005 and it just keeps ticking. The only issue I had with it was after a local shop did a battery swap and didn’t seal it properly, allowing water ingress. That’s why I ended up going to a proper watch shop in town to get it repaired.

My other watch is a Tag Heuer 1500, with a 38 or 40mm case it’s small, but smart. Unfortunately it’s too bloody tight and I keep meaning to see what it might be worth as a trade in, but…..

You could remove the bracelet and put a generic one one on for less than twenty quid off fleabay or maybe replace it with a nice leather band, Would be a shame to get rid 🥺
