I took my RC Landrover that has a range of 50 meters, added my Pixfra M415 that has a range of 40 meters and tied them together. The Pixfra connected to my phone just to see if there was and interference, there was none. Maybe the little RC crawler/thermal spotter could be useful in the undergrowth

So I've cut the roof rack, drilled a hole in the roof, bolted the thermal to the roof and moved it forward for better balance


Now I'm getting a bit carried away but the Gunbrella scope cover and carry case were added for stealth-mode

Love the idea, a range cam - no need to go a get it, no need for fancy high mag lenses or a scopecam ... You are a genius!

I keep meaning to feed the CVB output from my Hik to an FPV transmitter, you could then have a very long range if somewhat limited resolution.
It should also be possible to replace the RC control side on the vehicle and get at least a few hundred meters for a few pounds.
