Hunting Hunting buddy/permissions

Im not for from Bridgewater. However could you let me know about what you consider a snowflake as im a bit confused by that comment.

Since its been awhile anything South Pembrokeshire or 1.5hrs approx drive I'd willing plenty of rifles to choose from for the situation and nv and thermal plus basc insured.

I've been shooting on and off for ummm... A long time. Since I joined the cadet force at school and started with .22 rimfire target rifles and then clay shooting with 12 gauges. Shot all sorts for fun and some competitively over the years. I've done a bit of pest control and hunting rabbits as well.

At the moment I'm running a sub12 air rifle, with a compressor that can run on 12v and or a bottle for portable charging. Have car, will travel for shooting opportunities. Anything around an hour or so from Bristol would be ideal, so South Wales, Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, Somerset etc. Daylight only for the moment, but NV / thermal is something I'm considering once there's a use for it.

I appreciate I'm new to the forum and an unknown quantity at the moment. I'm a professionally registered engineer, the day job is electrical engineering and control systems so I'm used to working carefully in highly regulated and high risk environments.
 
Anybody interested in a rat shoot just on the outskirts of Grimsby ? The site is a commercial business so no FAC and you will definitely need insurance, NV and preferably a thermal spotter. Please drop me a DM if you are interested.
 
Hey folks, I'm on the lookout for permissions in the North Essex/West Suffolk/East Cambridgeshire area, or I'd happily join if someone needs a hand.

Honestly, even happy to just connect with anyone else who's in the area, as I'm located in a bit of a void with very few clubs or activity within a reasonable distance, it's tough to get a foothold when I'm somewhat new-ish to shooting.

Insured, have good quality sub-12 kit, night vision scope & night vision/thermal binoculars.

Even if you don't, and you're in the area and have knowledge of clubs/meets or anything, by all means say hello. Cheers!
