Hi all,how far and often do you travel to your nearest range ?

2.2 or so km, twice or more a week, but I shoot my CP2 in the garden in-between as well.

It is a small club setup and usually just me there during the week, which works for me.

Living in South London I don't have much choices.
When I do go to a range it is Pete's airgun farm which is a 90min - 2 hour drive depending on traffic.

As often as time will allow, which because of work is not often! Sometimes I will travel up to an hour, if friends are going too but more often than not I use my own range, which is about 100 ft in length. Long term my hope is when I retire, I will shoot almost every day and will then be more likely to travel to use a range

35 miles to one and 60 miles to the other. This is to places where I don't need to be a member or any other criteria.

I do want to find a proper club closer to home not just a range.

A twenty minute walk each way, if I’m going to shoot pistol, or a 5 minute drive if I’m taking my rifles.

[Edit. Should have said that I get there at least once a week but rarely more than twice. I go more often if there's a competition coming up though. I also have a six yard range set up in my garage so I don't need to get to the club for a shoot.]

Swarland is 40 miles away so I don't get there too often unfortunately. Must try Steve Smith's at some point as it's a bit nearer.

Pretty poor show round here for ranges though tbh. There's a few indoor ones but they're only 20m or less.
