What are people’s go to? My right hand doesn’t work properly if it gets too cold and stalking got down to -6 last year. I couldn’t even hold a knife properly!
I’ve sorted gloves - I’ve tried a few, if anyone interested, the footjoy winter leather golf gloves are excellent and you don’t lose much dexterity at all!

Those funny little packets that you have to shake work really well, just pop one in each glove. Cost £1 each and last for hours, I have even used them in my socks, toasty😉

I went electric but the smart meter was a bit heavy to carry.
Seriously, no-one seems to make proper "in the finger" heated gloves that you can run from a power pack. The best you can get is carbon loaded pads that sit on your palm or back of the hand. The old type "damart" glove, with a fingertip removed for loading, backed up by something fingerless but more hefty has worked OK for me.

I've got a small rechargeable one,a bit of a lump not too heavy also doubles as a power bank 👍

This is my go-to hand warmer, holy s*** it gets so hot , filled with liquid lighter fuel, light the wick on top,it burns with no flame🙃(can't remember how, I'll look for the box)
The more air it gets the hotter it becomes,it comes with a little bag for it while in your pocket,(supposed to protect your hands🤣🤣)

Hello, You can buy good ones like my Peacock Warmer and fuel from £ shop, A full fill of the cup can last for 6 hours, or for the cheaper warmer using the charcoal sticks around a tenner

On a different but related note , these things work incredibly well for sitting in the woods in winter they keep the core warm . They get ' nearly ' too hot if tight to the skin and last at least 12 hrs . I only use four or five a year and consider them well worth it .
Much better than expected when I was gifted some.
Get some chuck them in your kit/car they don't go off . Obviously not reusable.

Sound like a right broken old thing but back of my shoulder also seizes in the cold - I stick these on it but never even considered one for keeping core warm 👌
My Mrs treated me to some really nice deeehunter salopettes which look the nuts but haven’t tried yet.
High seat is a quick way to get cold but more often than not I’m moving thankfully

Ocoopa 10,000 mAh is my go-to. Mine is over 5 years old now and still lasts longer than I need it at full heat. When I first got it lots of people at the club said they wouldn't pay 35 quid for a hand warmer, now they've nearly all got them
