Goyojo GS515 day/night scope

So thinking of buying this cheap scope for an evening session of making holes in rodents.

Apart from the loss of zero any other issues to be aware of?

I found it sat much higher than the scope it replaced, and had/have issues getting a low enough mount to get a good cheek weld on my 97k so in the process of making a custom base plate to fit the GS515 that I can then put a very low dovetail mount on.

It only comes with a weaver mount also, which may or may not be a problem.

There are at least two settings (LCD brightness and exposure) that the memory won't hold on mine. Nothing serious, just annoying at times.

As Nick has pointed out in his video(s), the lens cap is a bit naff - best spend a few pennies and get something that attaches more betterer.

The case is great - until you fit a lens cap, the offset mount and then the scope won't fit

I ordered mine at the backend of last month, £153 delivered using Nicks discount code. Ordered it on a Monday, and it was sat on my AP900 the following Monday. Excellent shipping. I personally haven't experienced any zero shift between day/night shooting. (so far). My biggest niggle with it is that it doesn't retain it's screen brightness setting in NV mode. Something I know others have mentioned. I am not sure what the blue/green colouring is about when first selecting NV, but one extra press on the right hand button to select IR1 sorts it.
All I can say, so far, is that for its price point when compared to some of my other NV gear, it deffo punches above it weight class.

mine took just over a week because of the bank holiday and i think i paid 154

I was looking into the WiFi side of things but I noticed that the one they suggest has terrible reviews. Has any one used the feature, or can suggest an alternate App, or am I better to just stick to transfering files via the SD card? Having a live view over the WiFi to my phone would be useful but not essential. Maybe I am expecting too much.

Just transferred my first few NV rat shot videos to my PC, more than happy with the quality. How can you not recommend this thing for the cost.
