Hello, They have a UK base, Just trying to set up stock but with so many orders via the web site they cannot send units to uk, Would be good if one of the Trade UK supplier/ importers took this on ??
 
If you purchase from UK retailer, then the 12 month warranty is effectively irrelevant, but useful. For a UK retailer you go by the Consumer Credit Act which provides for reasonable expectation. If you're paying £1200 for an electronic scope that dies a couple of weeks out of warranty, the retailer will need to sort it. If it went to court, a judge is likely to say a reasonable service life of 5 plus or 10 years.
Purchasing direct from overseas is not covered n you would need to ask nicely.
Think Goyojo want to have a good reputation, so would be surprised if they put something on the market which isn't up to scratch.
For their NV unit on the other thread, to me, the costs are worth the risk.

Never heard that before? Someone said the same about France, but there is a little truth to that. Some departments require you to remove the thermal from the gun while in transit!? I can see no reason for it other than to annoy people.😁

Identification is the key: if you know it’s a rat, then how far will your gun group acceptably for hunting?
I also have the GRL335. It has no ballistic calculator, but a lot more sensitive sensor. This now lets you identify the rat further away, but how well do you know your holdovers?

the trouble is no one gives a straight answer if someone like myself does vermin control then they aren't,just shooting rats at 15yds i use the same rifle for rats and rabbits so like to know what the sight is capable out to on rabbits but can't get a straight answer is that because the sight is crap after 20yds

Unless you go bigger on the sensor, Id will always be an issue. A handheld spotter and IR scope are a good combo for that, but too much hassle for close range rats.
Give it a couple of years and things will have moved on I reckon👍
