Did the grips come like that or have you stained them?
They were stained with COLRON wood dye. I thought the original ones looked too perfect to be "ivory".
I abraded them slightly with wire wool and put a few extra scratches round the screw then painted them with the dye. Left for a while and wiped off the excess. They have got a bit paler with use!

Look really good, I think I will do something similar to the sheridan.
Cheers

Thanks for that and a stunning collection!

I've recently been bitten by the replica pistol bug, I always thought co2 pistols would be cheap and tinny and basically toys, but no they are ace, really good fun. Over the last 2 months I've acquired a cp88, a beretta 92fs, a schofield revolver, a s&w model 29 and today a sheridan cowboy revolver. I also had a look at a glock 17 gen 5, when will the madness end?
I've been waiting over a month for my Glock 17 Gen 5 pellet.
I have a Glock case & 4 spare mags.
No bloody gun 😂

Which version of the Glock do you have there ?
I'm taking my Gen 5 out today for the first time. 👍
The Glock is a blank firer, I cannot really take mine out as it makes such a hell of a bang. As I said I have a mixture C02 , Airsoft , Blank firers(.22, 8mm, 9mm) and real ones (section 58). Heres a couple of rarity's, Remington (1859) and Nagant (1878)

Very nice.
My first session with the Glock Gen 5 today was interesting. I silicone oiled all my mags so they're pretty smooth with the trigger pull.
This thing is loud, punchy and drew a bit of blood when my thumb was too close to the slide.
I've never shot real steel so this was an unexpected surprise.
It was pretty damn good 👍
