the beauty of living in rural Norfolk is the abundance of game and most of my mates farm and shoot and they always bring me some birds round.....had a nice deer last year

Tried it many times, curried, roasted, fried then gave up and stick to chicken..🍗
 
I thought the same until someone told me about the antibiotics in pheasant feed. For that reason I stick to wild not farmed game now.

deer is healthy ducks healthy agree antibiotics in pheasant but I dont eat reared birds taste like cotton wool unlike wild fen birds which are excellent......my favourite bird is woodcock but not so many about now days
