Like you i had flu. It was scary. I don't want it again.I had my flu jab last wednesday, have had one every year since i turned 40 which was when i last had flu, never felt so ill in my life and ended up in hospital..
I know it does not stop you from getting it at least it knocks the potential severity down a bit..
Yes on Thursday but only flu !I've got mine at 0915 this morning.
I'm only 50 but on the endangered list due to 35years of far too much enjoying myself... who knew
Any ladies and gentleman had yours yet?
Do you think that maybe the climate there means people spend a lot less time cramped up in airless pubs etc and more time outside spread apart?Strange that UK have such a policy !
Here in Spain, its not encouraged at all, so many health conditions have hit folks previously healthy, so very few Spanish folks go for it !
I didn't have any jabs before, and won't be having any in the future .
My choice .
Never have !I've got mine at 0915 this morning.

I'd lle to get the shingles jab. That's one nasty and painful condition. A friend of mine got it at 51 and it floored her for weeks.Yes, jabbed for Flu, Shingles and anything else they offer.
I often feel some side effects for a day or two but nothing serious.
Suit yourself, of course - just my take on this question.
I had shingles a couple of years ago and can agree that its very painful for a couple of weeks. Night time is the worst with the stabbing feelingI'd lle to get the shingles jab. That's one nasty and painful condition. A friend of mine got it at 51 and it floored her for weeks.
