Ring and all these online linked cameras have notoriously poor security you can easily google for info on their hackPrudent, but I sure am curious!
It's been on my todo for a while, I just haven't found a solution I'm happy with that doesn't involve sending that sort of data to Amazon or one of the big tech companies that I frankly do not trust.
Get one that's big enough and extra deep. Your gun collection will grow and needs to be deep to take rifles with scopes, locking top safe is very handy too.Howdy gang,
I'm thinking about getting the ball rolling now so that in a year+ I'll be in a position to handle club-owned guns and get my own 22RF for competition use. Seems to my that the first hurdle worth clearing is getting a cabinet.
I understand that many people install their cabinets in the loft attached to a chimney breast, but as I don't have a chimney - I'll be installing in a side room (locked) so that it can be attached to an exterior wall.
Is there anything I should bare in mind when selecting a cabinet? What's the sort of money I should expect to pay for something appropriate? Anything you regret about yours that I should avoid? Anything about yours that you're suprised you love as much as you do?
Thanks in advance!

I prefer separate ammo cabinets, works better for meI'll go against the grain a bit with locking tops. My fld want you to have a separate cabinet for ammo and bolts so you can't really put anything in them anyway. I would rather just have a shelf. Most of them do have one so....

I've got both.Another vote for separate ammo cabinets. Couldn't cope with an internal one. Centrefire rounds take up a lot of room!
Get the very largest one and ask for lots of different guns . individual guns build up , don't worry what you ask for because you can swap to something else when the time comes into the future . Put your cabinet in a place where the temp will not change a fair bit or worse.Howdy gang,
