I second the words about Emily, I spoke with her the other week about a Hatsan and she was very helpful. I look forward to receiving it (well both of them 🤪 ) this weekend.
 
I send Pellpax a Biscuits package sent back, with my return Carbine, when my Carbine had a manufacturers quality control issue on the stock and they exchanged it for another. The exchange rifle, had a chunk missing out of the stock cheek piece in that new boxed rifle, so driver came back and we swapped the cheek pieces over.. he had to drive back about five/ten miles I guess, but if you have a customer on a 250 mile delivery route or whatever, if you have an issue that the driver can address. it makes sense. They all seem very helpful in sales. I would like to know if their Syrup Waffles taste good, with their morning coffee. While the driver came back, we had a ceiling water leak at the same time we were undoing the box... sorted though.

That just reminded me, I spoke to Emily briefly not that long ago.
I called her Sally 🤷
If any Pellpax folk are on here I'm sorry, but sure she has forgotten anyway 😂
 
Pellpax is my local, great bunch of people, good advice and nothing is too much trouble, I highly recommend them.
