Anyone use a cheap desktop CNC to make their own parts? I'm looking to start machine some of my 3d printed stuff out of more robust materials and im looking to not break the bank.

At the minute its just external meds like biathlon handles, pic attachments and possible a replacement rear dovetail block for a mito that will be picatinny instead.
 
Cheap desktop CNC doesn’t exist. I assume you want a 3 axis mill? Closest you might get is a CNC router at a lower price. Second hand ex school/college mills are available for a few grand plus but you’d need to know about CNC otherwise it’ll take you while to learn it and get it to do what you want.
